You are going to get 10 pages to spot numbers 1-10. Each page has a big number at the center. Your child will be marking the numbers that match with that big number.
This is what you will need:

- Dot markers (in your child’s favorite colors)
- Laminating machine (optional)

Start with number recognition. Your child should take a look at the big number in the center and be able to identify it.
Next, they should spot the matching number amongst all the other numbers and dot it with their color of choice. This develops their fine motor skills and practices hand-eye coordination.
Do this for all the numbers from 1 to 10.
Turn this activity into a color-matching activity and use dot markers that match the color of the central number.

You can still teach numbers with this activity even if you don’t have dot markers or you just want to use something else.
Spot the number and mark them with stickers. You can even use different color stickers for each number if you like. For example, blue stickers for number 1, red for number 2, etc.

Using pom poms is another fun way to spot numbers and mark them. Just place a pom pom on top of the number instead of using a marker or stickers.
